COVID-19 UPDATE

We at Bicycle Sports Pacific understand your concerns around the virus and would like to assure our customers that we are undertaking the best practices as it regards hygiene and the disinfecting of our product and premises with an intensive and regular cleaning regimen. 

We have added Local Deliveries for online and in store special orders, to reduce the number of people coming to our stores at this time.

All of our bicycles are disinfected before and after test rides or to ensure the safety of staff and customers. We will use disinfectant on all incoming and outgoing repairs as well.

We have reduced hours in the short term at some of our stores to ensure that we can keep pace with the cleaning. Your best source of hours is the location page for each store on this site.

We have added a chat widget that is monitored by one of our in-store experts during store hours. Please feel free to access this service on the lower right of any page if you have any questions or would like to book an appointment to come to any one of our stores.

At this time we are ensuring that we minimize the number of people in our stores, and masks are mandatory. Whenever possible access us via our live online chat and we can guide you through your shopping on our online platform or book you an appointment with one of our experts, so you can shop with a minimal number of others in store to maintain social distancing. Please keep in mind that we will be limiting numbers in store to one customer per expert at this time, and we may ask folks to wait outside or in our limited waiting areas until we give them a call to come in.

  • Please if you are exhibiting symptoms, have traveled abroad, or, have someone in your household that is exhibiting symptoms we ask at this time that you avail yourself of the opportunity to shop our online store. We are in the process of arranging delivery services to serve you better.   • Please sneeze or cough into a clean tissue or you elbow to protect others. We ask that you dispose of tissues off site.

  • While you’re in the store we ask that you respect the space of employees and customers by maintaining a 2m buffer between yourselves and others including when you are at our sales counters.. We are not accepting cash at this time.

  • Our washrooms are there for your use to clean hands, but unfortunately thats all...unless you're a trucker in need! Please upon entry to the store we ask that everyone take the time to wash your hands for the protection of yourselves and others. At this time we ask that they not be used for any other purpose.

  • While we're happy to allow you in store on a one-on-one basis if you need to see product, we ask that you please refrain from touching product in store.

  • While you're in line or before you come, please search out product you would like to see from our web site and show your choices to our expert to expedite the process. On Sunny days we are experiencing line ups of up to 15 minutes.
