FAQ
How soon will my order be ready for pick-up after I've ordered it online?
During store hours, most items will be ready for pick-up within three hours of the time the order was placed. Specific items may take longer due to inventory and/or availability or if items are being transferred between stores. Store transfers occur several times a week, so if we are transferring an item for you, it may take 2-4 days. If its a Special Order it could take 7-10 days. Please wait for your In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email before visiting the store for order pick-up.
Why do I need to provide my phone number when placing an order online?
Most items will be ready for in-store pickup within three hours of the time you place your order on bspbikes.com. However, if for some reason there is an issue with a specific store's inventory, a store associate may need to reach you directly to provide additional information about your order.
How will I know my order is ready for pick-up?
You will receive two (2) separate email communications from bspbikes.com. After you receive your initial Order Confirmation Notification, you will receive an In-Store Order Pick-up Notification letting you know your order is ready along with pick-up instructions. You'll need to bring the In-Store Order Pick-up Notification email with you to BSP to pick up your order.
What do I need to bring to the store to pick up my order(s)?
For easy order pick-up, please bring the following with you to the store:
A piece of government-issued photo ID
The credit card used for purchase
The order number
The In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email
What if I can't pick up my order at the store and need to send someone to pick up my order for me?
For your protection, at this time, you are the only person eligible to pick-up your order. We are exploring options to allow a pre-authorized pick-up person in the near future. You will need to bring the following to the store:
A piece of government-issued photo ID
the credit card used for the purchase
The order number
The In-Store Order Pick-up Notification email
