"Special Orders" are ALL Items that BSP does not have in store, but is available at our Supplier warehouse for purchase online.

ALL Special Orders are subject to the following: 

Shipping fees may apply upon collection, or shipping to you, or both.

Items may take 10+ days to arrive 

Items are treated as Final Sale, meaning NO Exchanges or Refunds or in store credits.

Select your required type  during Checkout

  • For Shipping: 

Select the "Standard Ground in Canada " option.

  • For Pick-Up: 
Select the "Pick Up In-Store" option, then choose your desired store location for order pick-up.

Check your email.

You will receive two (2) separate emails: 

  • 1st email when order is placed

"Order Confirmation" acknowledging receipt of your order.

"Shipping" once your order is ready for Shipping.

OR

"In-Store Order Pick-Up " once your order is ready for collection at your selected BSP location.

Get your Order

  • For Shipping:

We will contact you by email and phone to confirm all logistics and arrangements.

  • For Pick-Up at your selected BSP location bring in :

  1. Your In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email.
  2. The physical credit card used for the purchase.
  3. Your order number.
  4. A valid Government-issued photo ID.

In-Store Pick-Up is Valid Only:

  • At the specific store selected when the order is placed.
  • During store business hours. Please confirm store hours of your selected BSP location prior to pick-up.
  • If you have confirmed the "In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email" sent to you.
  • For stock on hand or available at suppliers warehouse. 

    NOTE : During busy periods, there may be a delay in inventory level updates and accuracy. We will always endeavour to fill all orders but reserve the right to cancel orders where demand exceeds availability. Orders will be processed in order of receipt.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will my order be ready for pick-up after I've ordered it online?

During store hours, most items will be ready for pick-up within three hours of the time the order was placed. Specific items may take longer due to inventory and/or availability or if items are being transferred between stores. Store transfers occur several times a week, so if we are transferring an item for you, it may take 6-14 days.  Please wait for your In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email before visiting the store for order pick-up.


Why do I need to provide my phone number when placing an order online?
Most items will be ready for in-store pickup within three hours of the time you place your order on bspbikes.com. However, if for some reason there is an issue with a specific store's inventory, a store associate may need to reach you directly to provide additional information about your order.


How will I know my order is ready for pick-up?
You will receive two (2) separate email communications from bspbikes.com. After you receive your initial Order Confirmation Notification, you will receive an In-Store Order Pick-up Notification letting you know your order is ready along with pick-up instructions. You'll need to bring the In-Store Order Pick-up Notification email with you to BSP to pick up your order.

What do I need to bring to the store to pick up my order(s)?For easy order pick-up, please bring the following with you to the store:

  • A piece of government-issued photo ID
  • The credit card used for purchase
  • The order number
  • The In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email


What if I can't pick up my order at the store and need to send someone to pick up my order for me? 
For your protection, at this time, you are the only person eligible to pick-up your order. We are exploring options to allow a pre-authorized pick-up person in the near future. You will need to bring the following to the store:

  • A piece of government-issued photo ID
  • the credit card used for the purchase
  • The order number
  • The In-Store Order Pick-up Notification email
