Appointment
The appointment is a way to notify the service advisor of your arrival and prep for any specific needs.
On your arrival park your bike at our service desk to save your spot and browse the store for the latest and greatest available. Our Service Advisor will call for you when it's your turn.
Inspection
We will run 7 diagnostic tests on your bike and provide you with a Detailed 70 – point Inspection Report.
Let us know of any issues and concerns you have about your ride.
Estimate
Based on the Inspection Report we will provide you an Estimated cost and time frame for the specific service required on your bike.
Whilst our Service Technicians are working on your bike, we may find other areas needing attention. We will contact you with details if necessary.
Collection
Once your bike is ready for collection, our Service Advisor will contact you and schedule a pick-up time.
During pick-up we will go over with you the service completed, advise on maintenance, and recommend any comfort or gear for an awesome riding experience.
