At this time, we accept returns on select items within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the Return Exceptions below.

All returns require the original receipt and merchandise must be in original packaging. To speed up the return or exchange process, we ask that you please keep your original receipt. If you are unable to locate your receipt, we may be able to provide a copy if your transaction was processes using your customer profile created in-store. BSP assumes no responsibility for providing a copy of your receipt and reserves the right to not accept your return in these circumstances.


For your convenience, items purchased on can be returned to any of our three Lower Mainland locations within 30 days of purchase, subject to the requirements detailed above and the Return Exceptions below. BSP cannot process returns online.

Returns - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. Please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike is final.

Exchanges - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

If you are a customer who participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program and your E-Bike is in some way defective, it may only be exchanged for another E-Bike of equal value (same cost/price) or higher.


All bicycles (sale and regular priced), water bottles and/or hydration packs cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective in which case manufacturers warranty for repair or replacement will apply.

Clothing and shoes that have been worn and/or washed or had tags removed and accessories that have been removed from the original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective in which case manufacturers warranty for repair or replacement will apply.

All sale and special orders items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, helmets, and shoes.

BSP Gift Cards are non-transferrable, hold no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit, or cheque.

Restocking Charge - items accepted for return may be subject to a restocking charge of no less than 20% of the original purchase price.

No Receipt - If no receipt is available and the item is accepted for return, the return or exchange will be valued at the lowest or last sale price of the item being returned.
