Appointment
LIMITED SPOTS
The appointment is a way to notify the service advisor of your arrival for a Trade-In value.
You may still need to wait if the service advisors are with another customers.
Inspection
The Service Advisor will perform a 70-point inspection on the bike to determine the value of your current bike
Please ensure that you have cleaned your bike before bringing it in for Inspection.
Trade-In Value
The Service Advisors will provide a trade-in value for your bike based on the Inspection results and market value.
Trade-in value is offered as an In-store credit towards a bike purchase only.
New bike day
Our sales team will guide and set you up on the new ride.

Trade-in Disclaimers
The Trade-In value of the bike is offered as in-store credit to be used towards the purchase of new bike only.
Any changes made to the original spec of your existing bike can negatively affect the Trade -In value.
Trade-In values cannot be provided over the phone.
The Trade -In value of the bike is final and valid for 7 days only.
